Extra Space Storage

Crystal was very personable, also very knowledgeable. Getting a unti to park my van and trailer went very smoothly at a great price as well. It was a good experience dealing with the staff at extra space storage. Will be referring friends and family if looking for storage space.

The manager, Debbie, puts the customer in customer service! She always has a ready smile and a can-do spirit that all others working in and with the public should aspire to! She is always on top of everything site wide. I discovered my unit door wouldn't open the day before I had people coming to help me move some stuff. I went to her and she not only determined what the problem was, a broken door spring, but was able to get someone out to repair it that same day! The premises are always clean and well lit. I highly recommend this facility for your storage needs.

Deborah is wonderful and is very helpful!! Recommend Extra Space Storage to anyone who needs to store valuables!!! Very professional and location is very clean! It is also very secure so no need to worry about theives!!!!

Debbie is great, very helpful and even put plastic down on the storage room floor while I was moving the things out of my home. Very easy and stress free sign up, very reasonable rates, and no issues with my stored items. Definitely recommend.

I have used quite a few different self storage units (different brands and locations) over the past several years. It is hard to describe how much better this facility is over the competition. The facility is neat and clean -- the equipment works. Shouldn't even be an issue, but other facilities are so run down you wonder how they can't possibly be re-investing some of the rent. But the service is the most striking difference at Extra Space Storage. Debra went WAY beyond the "call of duty" to help us with the logistics of our unit. Long story, but suffice it to say that our non-profit was renting a unit and there were several people involved. At other facilities they are very inflexible. Much different here -- actually treated us on the way out as favorably as on the way in! Couldn't recommend this location more. Great job -- thanks for all the help!
