I was going through so much moving and was recommended to novi compass self storage by a friend. Im so glad that i did, Corrine Anderson greeted me and from the start was very professional and answered every question i had. She took me on a tour of the facility and helped me find a good fit for me and my family. She is an asset to this company and i will definitely recommend compass to friends and family in the future!

Corrine Anderson is such a sweetheart, she made my experience of moving that much easier with how helpful and kind she was in getting me set up with a u-haul truck. I would definitely recommend this facility!!

It's a very clean and friendly environment. I feel safe with everything I put in there. If you have any questions the staff at the front desk are always there and available to answer them with a friendly manner.
