I came in to buy some boxes for my upcoming move and Shawna was more than helpful. I was having a hard time deciding which size I would need so Shawna asked me to list some of the things that I needed to box up and once I did she was able to tell me exactly what I needed. I’m super grateful for the great hospitality and friendliness that she provided. After my visit, I’ve decided to use the Madison Heights Public Storage to keep my belongings safe until I move into my new home. 10/10 recommendation.

Jamie  Yorke is a excellent person. He is helpful, nice and warm to all the people I have seen him interact with. Great employee hire more like him.

Gabby and Samantha were AWESOME.  Very nice, helpful, and friendly. Great service.  Clean and affordable units.  Highly recommend.

I came in on Wednesday and was seeking information about renting a unit. I was helped by Samantha who was knowledgeable about extremely pleasant. She was the reason I decided to do business with public storage!
