Excellent customer service! The staff is knowledgeable, professional and friendly. We've been using this facility for several years and have been very happy with the service. As a moving company, we come across people in need of storage (short-term and long-term). We have referred many customers to Compass Storage. We have confidence and trust that Compass would provide the same level of customer service to our customers as we give to them and therefore, we will continue to refer.

Wonderful staff!  Very friendly and knowledgeable!! when you're there, you're important!! Grounds are very clean!!!

I just wanted to give everyone a heads up on what to expect from this storage facility.  Apparently, if you use their facility for more than 2 to 3 months, they raise the rates almost 50% from the quote they give you on your first day!!!  That is a lot of money people!  Find another storage place that is more honest!
