Extra Space Storage

Josh in Mt. Clemens was very helpful in finding alternative storage in Shelby and Kristin in Shelby was very accommodating and efficient in getting me set up and putting me on the wait list for space in Mt. CLEMENS. On the negative side, I found the monthly rate a bit high and may have to look for alternatives. Ted Morand

I would like to share my experience about Extra Space Storage. When I took over the department at my job we had several issues with bills and late fees due to some miscommunication with who’s responsible for submitting the monthly fees so Kristin helped me resolve the problem and was extremely patient with me while we got everything with billing taken care of. She responds to every email in a timely manner and is always willing to assist when I have questions. Lisah is also very friendly and helpful ! They are always very busy when I come into the office but they never seem stressed out and always acknowledge you when you walk in. I have no complaints whatsoever because they are both great at their jobs and I really appreciate them sincerely. Thank you for all you do! Chris

I was looking for storage options in the area so I decided to walk in. The staff was super nice and answered all my questions. I’m still looking around but these guys will probably get my business. Extra clean facility and super nice staff.
