CubeSmart Self Storage

I have had a get experience with the company. Ashley was very polite and kind hearted. I could not be more happy. Not sure about price of units everywhere else but I have never had to rent a storage unit in 30 years. Overall I don't like 105$ a month but it's a business. 5 stars for cubesmart

The gate malfunctioned on two different occasions recently, and Management took a long time to respond (1 hour). I lost a few hundred dollars because of it. The worst part about it was that the manager was clearly upset with me because she had to manually come open the gate, as if that's not apart of her job description. The District Manager gave me a $40 discount off of my storage fee for the next month, but not being able to get to my work equipment because of a malfunctioning key pad is unacceptable. If it happens again I'm going to Mr Stor It down the street.

Be careful. They have hidden charges that they don't tell you until you get there and they won't honor their prices online even after you reserved it online.

After much experience looking around we decided on Cube Smart because of the price and customer service..they took us to our unit and made sure everything was great with the unit,.
