My trailer was stolen.  I was told the cameras are for office use only. It had been only 3 weeks they told me cameras didn't go back that far. That's what a regional person told me. They said if I didn't have insurance there's nothing we can do. I thought I was paying for secured parking. I don't care about that I just thought since they are supposed to have camera's they could see who stole my trailer.

Gary was Absolutely amazing! The service was awesome and his spirit was phenominal. I would recommend anybody to go there not only for the price and service but also for the fellowship.

This place has really cleaned up under new ownership. Great staff who take time to explain everything. Clean,secure, and week lit lot. A little tight in spots with a camper but do able.

Currently renting storage space at the Pennsylvania Rd. location in Taylor, MI and have been pleased. It is convenient and is addressing my storage needs and the customer service is pretty on point.
