Extra Space Storage

I had a great experience with Express Space Storage. Mr. Ike was awesome he was very friendly and funny, and he was very informative. I had selected the wrong size unit and he quickly helped resolve my problem to get me the right size space. He also checked in during my move to make sure everything was good. I would definitely recommend to use this storage facility. Ike will hook you up!!!

As part of a retirement relocation from NW Indiana to SE Michigan, it was necessary to quickly find a storage unit in the vicinity to contain our belongings until we could locate and purchase a new home. I did the reservation on-line and when our stuff arrived, the unit wasn't suitable to off-load from the movers truck in a snowstorm. Jeff - the site manager - went out of his way to quickly find another unit that worked better and made the whole experience as smooth as could be. He's a genuinely great guy -- helpful, and very professional. Thanks to him, Extra Space Ypsilanti gets my highest recommendation!

I’ve been a customer here for a year now and they are by far the best! I’ve had the best customer service here and so glad I decided to go with these guys. Staff is super helpful and friendly. My unit was always accessible at any time of the day if I needed it and I love the gated system. Honestly don’t have any complaints!

Jeff is an outstanding manager. His attention to detail is extraordinary. I stored here a few months ago and Jeff was very professional and courteous. I referred my friend Kendra to this facility and she is very happy as well.
