First of All, The Store Manager BEN WHITE is Absolutely the Best Retail Professional I have ever had the privilege of working with as a potential customer. He is professional, knowledgeable, and has a sincere desire to Help Everyone who enters his store. Not only did he go above and beyond for me as a customer, but I saw him do the same for every single customer he worked with. So, when you go to the Cutco Kitchen, whether it is your first time, or your hundredth time, ASK FOR BEN WHITE because he will GO ABOVE AND BEYOND TO ENSURE YOU WALK OUT WITH A BIG SMILE ON YOUR FACE HAPPY WITH EVERY DECISION HE'S HELPED YOU MAKE! I had Extremely High Expectations walking in the door to have my entire collection replaced under the FOREVER GUARANTEE; but as high as my expectations were, I was still "Blown Away" by the friendliness of the staff, additional Free Services, the extensive knowledge of the staff, & their willingness to go above and beyond to help me and all of the customers in the store. I have used Cutco For Well Over A Decade, & even put myself through College without any loans or help from my parents, because of both the Income Opportunity & the Scholarship Programs Cutco/Vector Marketing Offers. However, because their primary Business Model is Direct Sales, I had never been to a brick-and-mortar location until I move to Austin. AGAIN, WHEN YOU VISIT MAKE SURE YOU ASK FOR BEN WHITE, I PROMISE YOU'LL BE GLAD YOU DID!
