Faraday's Kitchen Store

The hands-on pizza baking class with Chef Daniele, hosted in Faraday's kitchen in the rear of their store on Mother's Day, was fantastic, $69 well spent: the ingenious trick how you put the pizza on the stone, plus how exactly you use your hands to keep the edges of the crust raised will stay with me a lifetime. I recently attended a cooking class and I had a blast. I am an experienced cook having attended several cooking schools and I still picked up several new cooking tops. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The store is fully stocked with those latest in everything one needs to be a successful cook if not chef!!

I attended a cooking class last night and just had a ball. It was very informative and the food was delicious and I bought some great knives. I suggest that you bring a bottle of wine to add to your fun. Great store!!!
