Le Creuset

I recently visited this store to find a graduation gift for a friend. The manager, Jen, was delighted to help, and also provided thoughtful suggestions. She even offered to gift bag the skillet at the time of check out. Overall great, and friendly service!

Be careful not to buy anything from here. Defective and no returns. Their warranty policy is no good. CUSTOMERS BEWARE. Jen ignores customers while she is taking calls right in front of customers. Rude and selfish. She should quit.

The folks that run this store as excellent. Honest, and good hearted. The cookware from there is the best I have ever used. Its expensive, but worth every penny. The manager also gave me a store credit when the pieces I bought went on sale the next day after I had purchased about $650 worth of cookware. They have a customer for life. They asked that I bring in the bread that I made in a 5.5 qt french oven. I will do so over the holidays! How awesome is that?!? People that actually care about what you do with what you buy from them! Thank you Le Creuset.

Very pleased with this store. I was able find exactly what I was looking for with an excellent discount. My sales associate, Susan, was extra friendly and patient as I made my decisions. She also let me inspect each of the items before purchasing. I found a very small blemish in the enamel so she immediately swapped it for another unit from the store room.
