The store is beautiful, plenty of samples over the holidays, great location for parking! Lots of inventory! I have to agree with all the other reviewers before me, the service is TERRIBLE! I asked to have 8 peppermint bark boxes to be gift wrapped. Twenty minutes later, I'm asked how I want them wrapped. Then I waited for another 20 minutes.. and now I'm still waiting. They keep saying they are doing it now but who knows what is happening...

The sticker shock alone almost killed me but the service was awesome whoever was selling the Nestle coffee makers made me a great cup of coffee

Returned $1,200 worth of Christmas gifts to exchange for other items. Return amount was not credited to our credit card, they issued a gift card. So I ended up paying for the items I returned as well as the new items. Now I have a $1200 gift card on top of my $3000 credit card payment... worst return policy ever! What’s the point? Forcing me to buy from you makes me not want to shop with you anymore!

We love Williams Sonoma... But NEVER is there any reason for an employee to raise their voice at a customer. Never again. Stay away. We'll find another location for future shopping.
