Placed an order for pick up and was told it would be ready within 2 hours. When I showed up the order was not ready. They started to gather the items and I let them know I was going to run across the street and grab something to eat but I'd be back in 5 minutes. When I got back they had set down what they had started and started helping another customer. They asked if I could come back after work or the next day! Believe it or not, even when I came back the next day the order was WRONG. One star for poor customer service.

Usually find what you need. Sometimes feel like I am being followed, I just want a little time to look at what I am buying. Fun cookie cutter and cookie stamp sets. Love the Nordicware baking pans.

They have so many wonderful items to choose from and the staff is always great. We absolutely love the peppermint bark and found some great little Christmas tree shapes to put on our guests plates for a holiday dinner party. I've given their hot chocolate mix or other bakery mixes a few times have gotten high praises for how delicious they were.

Really like this store. I always go straight to the sale section because there are some GREAT deals to be had if you find what you want. I also love their baking section; they have things other stores don't. One star off because it's really rather too pricey to justify, though the quality IS extremely good.
