After their seventh error trying to get our custom drapes made, we are beyond frustrated! I am seriously scratching my head at all the positive reviews here. All four sets of our drapes had to be remade due to serious fabric flaws, miscalculations with their measurements and failure to grasp the customers requests. With each set of drapes hung, they had to be taken down, returned and altered or remade entirely. We were inconvenienced beyond belief and all we got in return was an empty apology and charged more money for more fabric because they made a mistake. Nice staff but they need to work on customer service. UPDATE: Since this review posted, the management personnel went above and beyond to make things right. In the end, my conclusion drawn is that this company does try very hard to hit the mark. It just happened to be a series of unfortunate events in our case.. But from other customers I've spoken with regarding our experience, they give high regards and glowing reviews of Cutting Corners. It just so happened that a perfect storm of errors happened to us. Errors are very rare at cutting corners and if any are made they work very hard in correcting them. Thank you, Charlie for your attention to our situation. We are willing to return to Cutting Corners for future business. 👌🏻

Worst custom furniture ordering experience ever! It took longer than promised and then came in wrong. The sales person could have cared less about his mistake and did nothing to help fix the problem. Except say I could do another order and it would take 6-8weeks. Save yourself the trouble and don't order custom ANYTHING from them.
