Terrible customer service! Waiting over 35 minutes for assistance with only two customers. Five employees on the floor talking to each other. Finally assistance comes but they don't know anymore than me! Just walking me up and down aisles with no knowledge of where anything is. Sorry... Would not recommend this place to anyone. 😰

The store is clean and organized. The staff is unwilling to help you.  But it's cool, it happens. I never thought arts and crafts would be so much fun!

Purchased a Viking Embroidery sewing machine and received 3 free lessons. Excellent Customer service skills by Lori has loads information and can be reached and give correction instructions over the phone

They always have what I need. Its always so clean and organized. Plus they always have great coupons for some sort of percentage off.

JOANN's is a great place to go shopping for yarn, jewelry making supplies, home decor, fabric, and so much more. You can also take classes that will teach you to sew, knit, and even decorate cakes! I love to go there.
