JOANN Fabrics and Crafts

The store was clean and well-lit. It was a little hard to find an associate to assist me. And when I did finally find one, he had no clue what I was talking about. It's a craft that involves paper and an almost needle type tool. It's called quilling. There was only one cashier and several people in line. I'm for some reason it seems like each person took quite a while so I'm kind of confused why they didn't get somebody up there to help. .

Good for those hard to find things like zippers! The lines get pretty long at times to get out but usually someone helps out.

So many things are out of stock. Staff was only slightly helpful. Systems weren’t updated and I have been driving around for the past 2 hours to find what I need. One short trip turned into a long outting and I am not happy about it. Bye Jo Ann’s, Hello Michaels.

They have a great deal of merchandise at this store. The only problem is that it is difficult to find what you need. The staff does not usually know where anything is either. You are pretty much on your own unless you just want to keep asking different sales people for help. Last time I eventually found someone who knew where things were after asking about three different sales people for help.

This place is okay. Just what you would expect. Wasn't really bad but it also wasn't amazing. I would definitely go back if I needed something that they carry.
