CVS Pharmacy

Holy cow.. never, I mean never have I delt with such inappropriate behavior from a CVS. The manager and other employee were extremely rude. I was just getting some snacks. I asked a question and was met with "does it look like I know." I mean.. that threw me off so bad. I was not expecting such a remark. I then asked for the manager. The manager then was also rude. Immediately when the manager walked up. She said "now what do we have." Making me feel as if I'm at fault. I told her about the rude employee. She rolled her eyes and said "forget it." And walked away. The attitudes are disgusting there.. I can't believe it. I'll never go there again.

Sadly they don't have shopping carts available anymore. I used to enjoy looking around while waiting for prescriptions but there's no reason to go inside for more than I can easily carry. I think they are veing penny wise and pound foolish by getting rid of the carts.

Went to drop off a package and needed an extra strip of tape to better secure the package. Cashier was nice and let me use the tape but the manager snatched it out of my hands. She then scolded both me and the cashier.

PHARMACY IS AMAZING “Jasmine” 12/12/22-12pm in particular today. So patient and helpful. I transferred from a cross the street NO REGRETS. ** unfortunately ** 4/1/22 Dropped off a box for UPS and it disappeared from that point forward. BEWARE! CVS is a drop off location sometimes NOT SUPPORTED by shipping insurance. I lost $300

Signs all over say covid vaccine appointments available same day and the pharmacy will help you schedule. The pharmacy says they don't know what appointments they have or if there are any available and won't schedule one

My son went tot the store after work. He walked in, and was immediately told to leave the store by the incompetent manager, Allen. He was given no reason, and told to leave. We went to the store immediately after , and Allen could not provide a reason for his rude and inappropriate behavior. We asked to see the security footage if there was a problem or an accusation. He told us we could not. I should mention my son is black. I will never shop there again. And Allen should be fired.

Just so you know I don’t only write bad reviews. I have been coming to this CVS to the minute clinic for at least 10 years , for the most part the Dr’s are great but this other employees around the store they are very rude and annoying. They treat you like if you are dumb . Not gonna mention employees names but some of them need to have some more training when it comes to dealing with customers

Marcos, the pharmacist was amazing. Spot on! He helped and recommended something quickly.

Haven't used this location since pre pandemic yet they keep pushing old prescriptions through as well as grabbing anything put in the system for me. They lie about who puts the prescription in some the doctor they claim sent it today isn't in office. CVS has gone completely downhill since taking on vaccines.
