AMAZING noodles. So many good choices but highly recommend the build your own noodle bowl. I got mine 3 stars but did not find it very spicy (I usually can handle a lot of spice). Definitely coming back.

We went on a Sunday and were seated immediately. I ordered the beef ramen and it only took about 15 minutes to be brought to the table. I thought the broth was quite good and the noodles were delicious. It's a bit on the pricier side but you get enough food for about 2 meals especially if you order extra noodles.

I would give it more stars if I could.  The staff, especially the manager went above and beyond! We had a young student from China staying with us and decided to take her to where she could feel at home.  This place accomplished that!!  They treated us like family. The food was amazing and portions were big.  I don't think I have been treated so well anywhere in America. I felt like I was visiting Taiwan again.   We will definitely return!

Great food! And when you don't finish and get the rest to go they give you more broth! Never had any ramen shop offer such service. Can't wait to try the other noodle dishes.
