I have had great sushi here. I wish the service was better. And why is it always 60 degrees in here. Maybe better ventilation in the back for staff is needed. Also the poke is kinda sad. Our waiter did warn us that it was an appetizer size, but still it was $12. You could at least put it on a bed of rice noodles or cabbage or something to make it more than 3 bites.

Bummed to say Kobe has lost our business. The only time we've ever had good service is if we sit at the bar. Otherwise, it takes ages to get appetizers and entrees to your table. Last time, my husband's drink didn't even come until half an hour after he ordered it. After this, we decided to do takeout. After getting home, I discover they gave us the wrong appetizer.. after my husband started eating it and saying "how come you ended up going with this appetizer?" I called and they had our original appetizer. Headed back and they wanted the one they gave us back! I explained what happened and they said oh ok. But by the time I got home the second time, any warm food was cold and this convenient meal had turned into more work than just cooking dinner myself. The food is good but the service is too terrible for the cost, and we are looking for a new sushi go-to.

Terrible service with a charmless staff and tasteless low quality fish. I've never wrote a review on a restaurant before but this was just abysmally bad. Service ignores you and keeps you waiting 10 minutes to order and another 10 minutes to close out your check. It's been 12 minutes and they still haven't taken my check. Hopefully I don't die of old age before this front of house figures out how to close a tab.

Decent ramen, great sushi. We had good service even though we came in an hour before close and the sushi chefs were friendly (even though we sat at a table and not the bar.) Looking forward to going back.

Amazing sushi ! I would definitely get a table ahead of time because they have a long wait typically. Perfection takes time, in reference to the food.
