Oh no! I'm so sad this place is closed! It was the best place for original Japanese and sushi in the entire salt lake valley!

The quality and presentation of the food was great, but the service simply took forever. It was probably 20 minutes before the very first two rolls came out. I’d go back for sure, but I’d be prepared for the wait.

The sushi doesn't taste bad but doesn't taste very much like sushi. The ramen doesn't taste very good, tastes almost old and noodles don't look like ramen noodles. Would not recommend. Although service was good.

First off let me say the food presentation is amazing. The staff are not very attentive and the food takes forever to be prepared. There is one chef and only one chef. Our party of 3 ordered and it took 40+ minutes to bring out 5 rolls and 2 Ramen. Our drinks sat empty and we were not well informed about the food and how long we would have to wait. Need to be able to get food out will keeping the presentation on par, but move quickly. Food was average nothing super special in this area either. Jinya or Tosh is easily comparable.
