Yuki Yama Sushi

This is definitely THE place to go for sushi in Salt Lake City and not just Park City. Kirk and his staff are talented and just great. The sushi was the freshest I've had. Trusting Kirk with pairing our sushi with their wide selection of sake was a wise decision on our part. The staff exhibited nothing but love and devotion to fine dining. We definitely will be returning for the food, ambiance and customer service.

Amazing doesn’t even cover it! The food was tantalizing with sophisticated taste.The whiskey was full of great notes and absolutely smooth. The wagyu beef appetizer served on a hot salt rock was just mind boggling! Server was helpful, attentive, and quick. The overall ambiance was that of chic and inviting. A+++

They should have a HIGHER rating for Yuki Yama. The service is top notch and they do not miss a beat from clean plates, filled glasses and constant checking on their customers. Now the food, oh my what a quality place. They know Sushi, can help direct you and will make right anything to ensure your experience. For those on a romantic date they have a great little section in the back with a open seating theme. Great place to celebrate a birthday with family! Many thanks

This place had great quality sushi with a host of creative roll options. The service was also top notch. I enjoyed their tuna nigiri and there were options for the people in my group that don't like eating raw fish. However, I'm docking a star because it seemed like we got very little sushi for the high price we paid. I think this is partly because it's in Park City and partly because there are scant sushi dining options in Utah in general. If the sushi was better priced, I would rate this 5 stars, hands down.

From the manager to the receptionist to the cooks, This has been a terrible experience on several occasions. Any place will treat you better. The food is okay but sadly they delight in insulting local patrons. Have a 50% off coupon, what ever you do ... do not use it for take out! Otherwise you will be told that you are stealing from the owner. A tipped generously had no effect
