I could not say enough good things about Dr. Mangubat and her staff. Dr. Mangubat is knowledgeable, empathetic, conscientious, and down to earth. She truly has a passionate heart for providing the best care possible for women and children. The office staff members are professional, happy to help and treat everyone like family. She safely delivered my 2 beautiful babies when I was at a point where I thought even being pregnant is impossible. She helped manage my POS with my Endocrinologist Dr Lim and am happy that my symptoms were controlled and was able to get pregnant. She is an awesome OB Gynecologist! Having high risk pregnancies , I have entrusted my care to her very capable hands. Her attention to detail and listening skills are impeccable! The staff in her office are very courteous, friendly and professional. I would recommend her to my friends and family.

I have been a patient for the past 3-4years and I have nothing but good experience with this OBGyne. I have gone to 2 other doctors in the past before finally settling with Dr. Mangubat who I find easier to talk to, attentive and make my visits always pleasant. I would recommend her to family and friends!

Transferred from another gyn to get a second opinion about being given birth control to treat heavy periods and fibroids. As a patient, Dr Mangubat asked if I ever had a biopsy to check for cancer, after years of dealing with abnormally painful heavy periods, large fibroids and a miscarriage. Thank God it was detected early at precancerous stage! Dr and her staff are very helpful, caring and always willing to listen and give hugs when you need it the most! Thank you Mercycare staff!

Extremely negative experience; she is inattentive and always in a big hurry. On one occasion, I had a few questions as it was my first pregnancy (one that wasn't going too smoothly), but after 6 or 7 minutes, I was practically chasing after her as she was on her way out the door. She was quite literally holding the door open, half way in, half way out, as I sat on the examination table, craning my neck back at her, trying to get just 1 to 3 questions answered. It never occurred to her to ask if I had any questions or concerns. I left her office very distressed and feeling like I'd have been better off skipping the visit and getting my answers from Google (wrong as they may be). On the bright side, her office staff is very pleasant, and scheduling is fairly straightforward -- however, I still *would not* in any way, shape, or form recommend this woman if you're looking for an OB/GYN who will be attentive to your needs & concerns.
