My first appointment with Dr. Arnolds went better than expected; very impressed with her 'bedside' manner and explanations. I would highly recommend her.

The day of my appointment was the first time I had seen a gynecologist in over THREE years. I made them aware of this and that I needed my nexplanon replaced. I was taken back by the OFFICE MANAGER who performed a pregnancy test, then put me in a room with no gown or any further directions. Maxime G. Moise, M.D Is the "doctor " that came in, he immediately made me feel comfortable as he walked in the room laughing. Introduced himself while laughing asked me why I was here, how old am I all while laughing , I had no clue what this guy was doing. I proceeded to inform him I hadn't had a Pap smear in over 3 years, he told me he isn't required to give me an exam or Pap smear for 5 years, so I could make an appointment and come back in 2 years for that, he said. I don't think that's true however I proceed to tell him I think my birth control has ran out and it's time to be replaced. His response was "well where is the birth control running too?" I was getting fed up with his unprofessional actions, ignoring all of the comments he was making. I asked him the results of that pregnancy test and his reply was "it's still walking" by then I thought this man was under the influence , and I was extremely uncomfortable. I got a bit of an attitude and he left the room, that office manager came to get me and tried making me another appointment I said absolutely NOT. THE VERY NEXT DAY, the office contacted me asking me if I wanted to make an appointment I informed them that I was in on the previous day, why are the calling me and that I would never come back there. They told me they had zero records of me ever being there. Worst experience I have ever had at any kind of medical office.

Dr Arnold's is by far the most caring, sincere doctor I've ever been seen by. She has great bed side manner and just an overall wonderful personality. I am so glad I made the switch to this office. Front desk staff are also welcoming and kind :)

I have gone here for years and just had my first baby. Dr. Arnolds and Dr. Nukana are wonderful, made me feel comfortable through the whole process. I couldn't have asked for better care and a better labor. Dr. Moise also monitored me and the baby when I had an emergency; he was very caring during my visit.

Very happy with my first visit at the Lewes office. Doctor Arnolds and all her staff are very professional, caring and I felt very at ease and comfortable. One of the best experiences I have had at a doctor's office
