Honestly. She's an Ok. Doctor at best. I've been having real issues with my menstrual cycle in the past few years. I was put on BC for a long time. I still had problems. Everytime I went back to her it was like I was getting a new BC every month. So the last few times I went she was actually going inside of me and check. But LOAD and behold my period was on. So! We decided against it til next time. I ended up going back with high hopes of having an exam, she proceeds to give me more BC pills. Mind you I was already on my second year of Nexplanon so having me on the pill made the period worse. I told her about it the next time I had an appointment with her, ALL SHE SAID WAS TO WAIT IT OUT!! I'VE BEEN WAITING IT OUT FOR YEARS!! Patently at that. I would not recommend coming back to this lady if you're having menstrual pain or anything to do with the ovaries. I'm done wasting money every month going back to a doctor who barely tried to help me. I know I'm young but that doesn't mean I should be in pain every month on and off my period UNACCEPTABLE!

One of the technicians who works here was very rude my last visit. I asked her a question and instead of getting the answer, she got smart. She eventually went to get the answer but slammed the door on her way to get it. They also have problems with billing. My yearly visit is covered by my insurance 100% but due to an error they are willing to see, I was billed. This shouldn't happen. Accept responsibility for your mistakes, and fix it. That's good customer service.

I am 30 weeks pregnant I had to relocate outta state they have still not sent my records I have been without prenatal care going on 6 weeks.i call everyday and they say they will send them but they never do imma have my baby before they send my records. So unprofessional
