Dadu Bridal

The new owners are fantastic! My experience was relaxed with a non pressure atmosphere. It was my first experience there, the selection was great. I will send everyone I know there. Thank you for helping me pick the perfect gown!

They have limited sizing, and they seemed to only sleeveless dresses. The woman working was no help at all, and she kept leaving instead of helping us find what we were looking for. I was thoroughly disappointed.

Please share: I am so happy with the service I have recieved from Dadu! I had spent all day trying on dresses at a few other places that were high stress and not producing what I had previously picked out on their online profiles. I was so disappointed not finding one since I had traveled 5.5 hours to Boise from Salmon just to find that perfect dress. I was no bridezilla but I knew what I wanted. Dadu Bridal slipped me in between other appointments. The atmosphere was laid back and fun. I tried on 5 dresses and then dress #6 was the one! I knew it as soon as I put it on. Upon purchasing they informed me I could pick my dress up next week. Well that was problem since I lived so far away. The owner Raj worked with me and shipped my dress to my doorstep within 2 weeks. Insured and tracked. No extra cost to me. When I received my dress it was packed very nicely. And right on top was a hand written thank you note from Raj herself. I am proud to have supported such a great little Bridal shop and am thrilled with their service!

I have visited this store several times over the year. I bought my prom dress and Wedding dress and loved them. The store offers a variety of dress styles at great prices. I went in after i bought my wedding looking for bridesmaids dresses and the representative was great every single time.

Terrible shopping experience, the manager was extremely rude, the dressing room floor was dirty, and two of the dresses I tried on were broken. One was completely transparent and I could see my underwear through it. When I told the manager my 1500$ budget, he looked at me and said "Really? You can do that much?" When I tried on a dress I thought would look nice but then changed my mind after trying it, he said "You know what it looked like, don't complain." He got annoyed when I tried on a dress close to the high end of my price range, saying I couldn't afford it and wouldn't fit in it. There was a second bridal appointment going on at the same time as mine, which normally wouldn't be an issue or would even be fun, but there was only one assistant (who was on her first day of the job, she was quite nice and helpful, though) for the both of us and the customers who came in, and we had to take turns using the single stand. When I mentioned my maid of honor's opinion on one of the dresses, he insulted her. I had trouble finding a dress and tried on maybe ten dresses, at which point he demanded to know how many more I would try on, and then rushed me out the door before I finished trying on the number I had told him. Overall, extremely rude manager, dirty dressing rooms, and I would recommend Margene's or David's Bridal over this store.
