Appointment was easy to schedule, not too long of a wait time. Once there, Kim was amazing! She did a great job of juggling lots of my and my sister's opinions of what I would might like and/or look good in, especially since I had a very short time frame. I was very open minded and she did great, so thank you Kim for keeping me reigned in! They were all so helpful and their selection was great for what I was looking for. I would refer any of my girlfriends to check them out!

I stopped in randomly with my mom tonight. They let us shop around and even ended up trying on dresses (without an appointment). The two gals there were super nice, friendly, helpful, and great at listening to what I liked and finding dresses that fit my style. They do have a small selection, and are more expensive than some places in town, but their service is much better!

Would not allow me to bring in my dress to try on a veil since I didn’t purchase my dress from them. Had false advertising of pricing on the veil I liked. Would not honor lower price. Went over to something old something new in Eagle, much better service and allowed me to bring in my dress with no questions and I was able to find the perfect veil way less expensive too!!

Chelsea was a god send!! After receiving anything but professional service at Davids bridal we walked over to Margene's without an appointment we looked at a few dresses that My cousin loved. Chelsea took the 20 minute window that she had to get us in so my cousin could try on a few dresses. She asked a few questions and got familiar with what dress style the bride had in mind and found a few other dresses that were similar. She went above and beyond by finding a veil and hair piece that went perfectly with the dress of the brides dreams!! Chelsea was friendly, Profession, and efficient! She made the search for the perfect wedding dress a wonderful experience an a memory to cherish forever. I would definitely recommend her and someday hope to go to her to find my own wedding dress.
