The dresses here are amazing as are the girls who work here. They made this experience sooo fun and memorable, I couldn’t have asked for more. Montana was they best, so grateful for her happy, excited personality, I felt like she was as excited and happy for me as my family😊 Thank you for helping me find my dream dress Montana and LeNeige!

My sister purchased a wedding dress here and it was the most stressful and worst example of customer service I have ever witness. After figuring out the issue with her dress, they refused to keep their word that not only the store manager but also consultant gave her. They had stated my sister would get some of her money back on the dress because the one she ended up getting was a floor model, used dress. Weeks after, we had still no word on any kind of refund. When I called and quoted what they had promised, they said "we cant do that". THEN DONT PROMISE A BRIDE THAT AND WHY WOULD SHE PAY FULL PRICE FOR A USED DRESS. Also, the review on here by Lissa is an EMPLOYEE who is NOT MARRIED. Fake reviews only reflect how shady this place is. Would never recommend going here. Make the drive to BHLDN in Portland, and get a dress that is cheaper, and just as unique and beautiful.

I’ve purchased multiple homecoming dresses, prom dresses, pageant dresses, etc. and I’ve never had a good customer service experience here. They gave me no help and hardly acknowledged my existence when I was there. While they do have beautiful dresses, I will not be returning because of the bad experiences I’ve had with the employees.

So so so amazing!! We went there for my sister to try on dresses and they exceeded our expectations! It’s like the New York bridal shop of Boise. They were accommodating to our price range and were great all around!
