Zero stars. So disappointed. Have rented from them before, but this year, rented a tux for prom.... they put the wrong size shirt (XL when he wore a med), as well as a huge vest in the package. Also, didn't include parts of the tux. Went back to get those problems fixed, they were slow, and brought up new vests, but both were dirty. We were told that "sometimes boys are messy and they stain things, and no one will notice it, if you keep the jacket on". I took two dirty vests, because we were in a hurry. Took one home and spot cleaned it. The girl was kind, but not helpful. When we returned the tux, we told an adult that we were disappointed with how things went. She seemed to care, and said she would have the owner call us. We were told that they really did care about providing a good service, and understood how we were disappointed. However, the owner never called; they never apologized, or showed any sense of wanting to fix their poor service. I would NOT recommend them for a tux rental. Sorry - I know they've been here forever.... even I shopped there for prom stuff 30 years ago! Hope they can get their quality up where it ought to be, or they won't make it in business much longer. But... they've lost my business, especially because if someone tells you the owner will be calling..... they better call!

Lisa and her staff are the best. She helped me in so many ways throughout the year leading up to my wedding. She cares and knows what she is talking about. They go the extra mile for their brides.

Friendly, helpful, and great prices! My fiance and I went in there not sure of what we wanted for our wedding and they worked with us on the style and the ordering of tuxes for 7 groomsmen. We had a stress free and fun appointment. Thank you!!

I absolutely love them! So wonderful and helped me get a dress that I loved. They even made a slight button alteration for me. So wonderful :)

Super Friendly staff, I bought my wedding dress here and we rented tuxes. Pricing was better then others we had contacted. I tried on 6 or 7 dresses to figure out what style I wanted, I ended up with one that i had seen on a mannequin, but wasn't too sure about it until i tried it on. It was so nice to have someone so knowledgeable to help me figure out what i wanted since i didn't even know what i wanted, Ha! My mom bought her dress at the same place and it made it that much more special to come back and be able to buy my dress there as well. Would recommend them to everyone!
