Just went in for new batteries for 4 of my watches, only to hear they can replace just one for $16. The back got scratched and needless to say, I am happy they did not touch the other watches. Nor will they. I stand a better chance buying a watch repair kit on eBay for that price and attempting future replacements myself.

Went there on December 27th, 2013 to have a couple links removed from a new watch. I should've known something was wrong because 45 minutes later the girl was still feverishly working on it, then was suddenly done when I asked how it was going. Somehow the worker managed to break the time adjustment knob while the watch band broke apart as soon as I got home. How do you do that much damage while just removing links? It's still pretty impressive 8 weeks later. I've thought about going back and getting a refund and a 2nd attempt, but honestly it was so disheartening I've just had the watch in its box and forgotten it since then. Maybe another company can repair it.
