We had blinds installed November, 2006, in what was then our new-build home. We have been very happy with the blinds, ease of cleaning them, and their operation. We have three children and am amazed, literally, that we have not had any problems until just recently. The clips on one of the decorative covers were broken, and over time two of the shades slat control cords handle hits the blind case and the slats do not close fully. I contacted customer service, after 11 1/2 years I figured I might have some problems, and they pulled up all of my information from the original order and are sending the pieces out to me free of charge because of their warranty.
I am definitely glad I purchased from them and will make sure if I know anyone who is in the market for window fashions to contact them!

I can give customer service a good review, because the were helpful both times I have had to call, but I cannot give the company as a whole a good review. I ordered Bali Blinds through Costco for my whole house. I ordered antique brass wands, and over half the order came with the wrong wands, one wand was missing altogether, and one blind was incorrect. There was also twice the plastic hardware than required (doesn't affect me, but sure does affect the bottom line for the company so they should know about that). I called, and the customer service rep was very nice, and set up the replacement for everything. When I received the replacement blind, it was wrong again. When I shared with the customer service rep my concerns with orders being incorrect so much, she didn't seem surprised or care. I assume this happens a lot, gauging her reaction. As a business owner myself, I can't recommend the product just for the lack of respect for the company and customers and their time and money.

My husband and I ordered custom Roman Shades for our bay window back in 2003. Every day use wore one of the draw cords to the point that we could not raise and lower one of the three blinds. After contacting Springs Window Fashions to order new (or replacement) draw cords, I was very pleased to find, we were still on file (after 14 years) and are having new draw cord shipped to our home FREE of charge. A "TOP NOTCH" company !!! Originally ordered and installed through The Home Depot. BALI brand, made by Springs Window Fashions LLC,.

The double cellular blackout blinds are nice. Its a modern clean look, easy to install, perfect inside fit for my two windows. I like the insulating factor. My only problem was I had to pay duty as they were shipped to Canada. No mention until UPS arrived. I purchased from a Canadian website blinds.ca.

I custom ordered two shades for my kitchen. Even though I went with some cheaper options (non motorized, etc.), the total cost came out to about $200 each. I wasn't too worried about the cost because I was expecting quality shades that would last for years. To be clear, I thought the price was steep considering we were ordering some basic no-frills shades, but I was open to going along with it.
Then the shades arrived, and oh boy, was I disappointed. They are so cheap! Everything is plastic (yes, even the pull chain), and on top of that, parts required to complete the installation were missing. They have a 1-800 number, so I thought, 'no big deal, just call their customer service'. Well, after thirty minutes on hold, somebody FINALLY answered my call. It then took them well over 10 minutes just to get me the proper parts I was missing. So, at this point, we're about two hours in for the amount of time it takes to both order these shades in store AND get the parts I need to install them. I was a little annoyed, but still trying to roll with it.
Then I get the parts in to finish installation, and when I did, surprise, surprise, the pull chain is too long for my window. I told them the width and height when ordering my shade, and no one wold me about the minimum height requirement. The chain (of course) is cheap plastic and can't be shortened, so after about thirty minutes of trying to figure out a way to make this chain work even though it's too long and you can't shorten it, I decide to cut it and glue it together at a shorter length. Well, after all this I'm now well over 3 hours into dealing with these stupid shades, and I can't even get them to work properly because there's no adhesive in my house that will stick to the cheap plastic chain.
I've been in the process of renovating and remodeling my house for over a year now. I've dealt with all kinds of products along the way, some good and some not so good. Without question, these shades are the most overpriced item I've purchased for my house. Their construction is garbage and their customer service is just as bad. Looks like I'm going to have to throw away this $200 and start over.
All I wanted was some shades, then I ran into Springs Window Fashions. Now all I want is an interaction with a competent company.
