I got a pair of running shoes here that were a little too narrow. I asked them about trading them out 3 weeks later for a better fitting shoe and they said no problem! Excellent customer service and super nice staff here!

I turned up on the off chance that I could get a front wheel bearing fixed on the spot as I'm cycling the Transamerica cycle route. Ernst could have been more helpful and managed to sort my wheel. The shop is fantastic and is clearly a hub for cycling and fitness in the area. The Transam guest book and photo collection is a must for anyone passing through.
