Dauenhauer Plumbing

Worst service provider, terrible at accepting responsibility and will take advantage of anyone with good nature that they can! This company installed all my plumbing in my new house. Their crews left early to avoid speaking with builder, they left trash around the house as they worked (which other contractors cleaned up), they used a toilet that was not functioning, leaving an awful mess and odor. Most all the fixtures were not secured finish. When 3 independent sump pumps failed after only 9 months of living in my new house, and my basement flooded with 3 inches of water, they took no responsibility and charged my builder outrageous rates and price for repair work. Never, never, never use Dauenhauer Plumbing in Louisville. NEVER!!! They do have an OUTSTANDING man, Danny, that will do his best to make things right, but I have little regard for a company that treats people like me and my builder were treated. (I have never written a review before, but this company has angered me that much)

After calling another plumbing company I called and they immediately sent someone to my house that day. A guy named Louis came out very nice person. Very respect full and did the job by himself the other company said they needed to Guys.

We had one so so and one great experience with our outside coverage. I just called to schedule an appointment for interior, out of pocket (in case it turned out to be an outdoor issue) and she had no idea what it would cost to have them troubleshoot and give an estimate for repair. Payment due at time of service. Not comfortable with that

After dealing with another local plumbing company for over a week, Chuck and Mike came in and solve our problem in a few hours. They are extremely professional and explained the whole process. This is my go to company for any future jobs.

Very positive experiences the couple of times they have fixed my problem. Very fast, easy to talk to and very friendly. Robert was awesome today, by the way. I love our newly fixed pipe that no longer leaks and he fixed it super fast!! Will recommend to anyone needing a plumber. The customer service lady that confirmed my online appointment request was awesome, too. Top notch experience!
