Tom Drexler Plumbing, Air & Electric

My brother recommended Tom Drexler' company after he had a good experience with them so I signed up for a spring A/C tuneup. Jim, the technician who came today, was thorough and knowledgeable . He explained and showed me any issue a/o concern he found with my system. He provided pictures and a detailed report also. He was timely and considerate by texting to say he was on his way. I appreciated his patience in addressing any question. I feel my system was inspected thoroughly and I have a better understanding of how well it functions after his visit. I would recommend Tom Drexler Plumbing, Air and Electric.

Tim and Josh first tuned up our furnace and then offered us some maintenance tips and additional options to help better maintain the system and air quality within our home. Today they returned to repair a furnace feature and to install an incredible air filtering system. They were professional in their dealings with us as homeowners and expertly knowledgeable about the systems as a whole. I cannot thank them enough for their help! Highly recommended! Travis and Jim assisted us today with an A/C tune-up. They were both friendly and professional and were able to offer us expert analysis and recommendations. Had a great experience with Mike C with Drexler Plumbing. Even though I called mid-afternoon, the phone rep scheduled me the same day. Mike was very professional, patiently listened to me describe the problem and explained everything in detail, was very thorough, effective and more than fair with the price. He went above and beyond in discovering another issue. He even helped me discern enough about it to put me a step ahead in ensuring it will be resolved. I am happily anticipating the camera mapping that will happen next. I'm very satisfied overall and definitely recommend Drexler Plumbing. Thanks Mike C.!

I had my furnace and air conditioner replaced. The equipment was delivered promptly, and the installers arrived shortly after. Chris Hardin and Anthony were the installers. They were very experienced, well trained, knowledgeable, and did top quality work. Both were polite, personable, and treated me with respect. I tend to be a perfectionist and must say if I would have had the skills to do this job myself, I could not have done any better. I have never seen such good quality for any heating and air conditioner replacement in other homes I have owned. In addition to replacing the furnace and air conditioner units, some other items that were replaced were: suction and liquid lines, the exterior breaker box, condenser pad, furnace vent, insert in the vent going up the chimney, and the condensation pump. The old furnace was situated such that there was not much room to change the air filter and perform maintenance. The new furnace was repositioned to eliminate that problem. This involved rerouting the electrical cable to the furnace switch and partially extending the gas line. My previous coil was never a tight fit over the furnace and therefore, cool and warm air escaped. Special care was taken to tightly mount the new coil and thoroughly seal it with silicone. Some insulation was even used around ducts nearby. All the old equipment, including the condenser pad, was hauled away. The work area was cleaned up well after completion.

Gunther F was my technician and he did a Super job. Had a leaking Shower faucet and he did a miracle job stopping the leak. Then he went all out getting and advanced model of the premium end faucet, searching everywhere so that it could be replaced correctly. Works fine & looks great. Also Darryl who came to maintain the Furnace Heater did an outstanding job. Thorough professional he is! :-) Rob Lopez did an fantastic job to maintain and repairing the HVAC. What a great team of professionals at Tom Drexler! Strongly recommend them.
