Maeser Master Services

Our kitchen drain backed up and we needed the garbage disposal replaced. I left a message on Sunday night and got a return call at 8:45 Monday morning. The plumbing technician arrived about 9:30, a little earlier than expected but great for me. He did a terrific job, left as little mess as possible when you're snaking out a drain and installed the new garbage disposal. Everything was done professionally and I am very satisfied. Even my wife thought the service was good and she's hard to impress. I thought the price was about right. I did not comparison shop before getting the work done but I think the price paid was fair for the value for the service. I will call Maeser again the next time I need a plumber.

John D. and Rodney D. were a delight to have come service both my furnace and air conditioning unit. They were professional, yet polite and made sure I understood everything they reviewed with me. The best part is that they did their job and didn’t try to sell me anything, which often happens these days. I highly recommend their services!

Knowing that the best way to keep my air conditioner running good through the summer, I had Maeser come out and tune up my equipment. David came and answered all of my questions. I was very pleased and now have a box to check off of my to-do list.

Adam and Conner were very polite, knowledgeable, respectful of my property, & personable with their excellent customer service. They immediately knew how to fix my furnace problem. They quickly repaired my furnace & checked for any other issues that might cause problems in the future. I am so pleased with their work & friendly attitude that I will call Maeser in the future, if I need my furnace or air-conditioner serviced.

Hot water valve needed replaced. $153.00. So I asked him to replace the cold water while he was there so I would just pay for time and part. He explains they charge by the job, not by time and it would be another 153.00 for the cold water valve. He was under the sink already, it was a 2 minute job. Give me a break!
