I had a plumber come to my house recently from Sondergeld Plumbing to fix a broken toilet valve and check on some leaks. He was polite and professional and did a great job. I will be calling Sondergeld again whenever I need a plumber.

If they plumb with the same skill as they drive, I would avoid using their service. One of their trucks nearly ran me off the road today because they haven't learned how to drive within the lines while texting.

Worst contractor I've ever dealt with. They installed a toilet for me last February 2016 and and completely came off the floor by November 2017. Their service manager said "sorry, it only has a one year warranty on parts and labor". They said they would do absolutely nothing to make it right. I've NEVER had a toilet come loose. 

Stay as far away as humanly possible. They did nothing for me and lost me as a customer.

Had a busted pipe under the house and had to shut off the water. Tom's guys came out with short notice and got the job done. Thanks guys !!

Do NOT, I repeat do NOT use this company for any issues with plumbing.  They came to my house to "fix" a leak in my sink and ice maker but $153 later nothing at all was fixed.  RIPOFF.  They suggest I have them come back out to find where the leak is coming from, there was no time to do it on that day.  I bring in a plumber to fix a problem, not tighten a couple nuts and call it a day.  At one point he "fixed" my ice maker but when I opened the door in front of him it was pouring out water.  I honestly feel stupid I gave this company any money at all.  Hopefully the new ones I have from another company coming in today can actually fix my problems.  I'm planning on filing a claim for this outrageous bill when nothing was fixed and filing a report with the better business bureau.  Thanks for NOTHING Tom Sondergeld Plumbing.  Hopefully this review will deter others from being ripped off as well.
