Our sewer line backed up at 8:00 on a Saturday night during Memorial Day weekend. Phillip from United Plumbing called me in less that 2 minutes from the time that I called and left a request for service. They had my sewer line cleared out in less than 30 minutes and left my home and yard very clean. I highly recommend that you give them a call for your plumbing needs.

The plumber was very professional and took me through the process of looking for a leak at the meter. Even showed me things I didn't know about plumbing on faucets and water heater. Great service

Just had new kitchen sink installed. Have used United for about 8 years now. Installation went well even though sink would not go down on 1 corner. They adjusted wood underneath & it went right in. Told me if there were any issues, to call them. And they took all the boxes & old sink with them. Great company. Courteous & personable technician (Dennis) & Chris, the owner, stopped by to lend a hand. Very satisfied!

Only reason we used these guys was because of the insurance with Louisville Water Co. Would not recommend if it was coming out of our pocket. Called for minor bathtub issue and a guy came out the same day. He said he needed to find a replacement part and did not communicate with us until two days later after we had tried calling back four times. Finally, a week later he came back for a five minute fix but the lack of communication was not ideal. Prefer to not use again. The next time we file an insurance claim we will try to ask for a different company. Edit: a few days later we realized the issue was not fixed. Home Serve sent another (more honest and communicative) company out. They told us the part the United repairman put in was smaller than required/incorrect for our model. Will never use United again and will cancel Home Serve insurance if they try to send them to us. I don't appreciate lazy, dishonest people that don't answer my phone calls and make me wait a week to allegedly resolve. This company isn't worth your time.

Issues with upstairs bathroom. They were had great communication with us as when they can be here and we’re on time. The plumber was so nice and helpful. Explained everything and very kind. Will recommend them.
