Days Inn by Wyndham Hotel New York City-Broadway

Dont let their room images fool you like it did me. I am posting pics of what you can really expect to see. My wife's room key never worked, everything was horrible on so many that it wasn't even worth complaining about because you can tell by the current state of the hotel that it clearly would have fallen upon deaf ears.

Do not stay in this hotel! I have never been to a homeless shelter but it's probably better than this hotel. Smell of cigarette smoke, broken doors, liking toilet, and they also overcharge me when I cancelled my stay. Do not stay in this horrible place!! Do yourself a favor a pay a little more for a better hotel.

The Hotel need maintenance and cleaning. We were 7 nights and in 4 occasion I went to reception and ask to clean the room... they never never pay attention....The tap only work with hot water... and more details that I definitely don't recommend this hotel

The room is antiquated. Door is hard to open. TV is old. Only sheets in the room, no comforter. You can hear the toilet flushing all over the bldg. Room telephone doesnt work. Bathroom door can"t fully close.

Very very bad service, cold room, TV did not work too much noise. But clean and good price. Also maybe that wse the time which I stay there
