Our company has been using de’s keys for 20 years and they have been very helpful and knowledgeable. Always easy to work with and can get emergencies taken care of easily.

Rude treatment over the phone. Asked about getting a new key for my car and was very rudely told that I'd have to wait at least five days. I understand if you are currently unavailable to help me, but it was be nice to be treated with respect and not like I'm an idiot for even asking for help. At least, that's how the conversation made me feel. Disappointed me. I liked what I saw on their website and was disappointed in my treatment over the phone. Maybe the woman who answered was just having a bad day, but you should keep your personal mood out of your work.
