Absolutely thrilled! Josh was very friendly over the phone while I priced other places (and these guys are the best price out there) the store was clean and a very friendly staff. Went in for a larger expense but they were able to fix my key differently then we had discussed and saved me a ton of money! I will definitely be referring them to my friends.

My review of Utah Locksmith for perspective:

"Said they'd show up in about 30 minutes. 75 minutes later no one had shown up. Called the technician to see what the ETA was and he immediately hung up. Called the office. They said they'd call me back in 5 minutes. Never received a callback. After a total of an hour and 45 minutes of waiting I've decided to go with a different company. Do not go with Utah Locksmith unless you enjoy being left hanging.

Edit: Called Superior Locksmith instead. Showed up after 20 minutes without me having to call and see where they were. Guy was very friendly and professional."

I needed some additional keys for a car I just bought.  I called Superior Locksmith and they were one of the few locksmiths that had the blank remote key in stock.  I purchased one chip key with the remote built in to the head and two chip keys without the remote.  I won't lie, from calling around, I realized that these types of keys are expensive wherever you go.  But Superior had the keys cut and programmed in about 15 minutes from the time I arrived.  I was very pleased with their service.

Very impressed with Superior Locksmith! They made a copy of my key so fast, and it was very inexpensive! Anthony was very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and professional. Awesome customer service! I will definitely be back here for any and all of my key needs, or if I ever lock myself out of my car! I highly recommend this awesome local company.
