Nice and caring people, but I was under the impression that locksmiths are always cheaper than the dealership for getting a new key programmed. This was not the case here, they gave me a decent quote over the phone then when I came in said they might have to charge an extra fee if they needed to run some additional diagnostic codes when programming the key and there would be no way of knowing. Also they wanted to charge more than the dealership to get the high-security car key cut.
I ended up just going to the dealership and saving a good amount of money. 
So just be sure to look around before automatically assuming local locksmiths offer superior service.

This company is great to work with.  They installed a key-less lock on my door and have been out to service it (changing the batteries is actually pretty complicated, which is good) and they were able to come right away.  Tyler is absolutely the best.  Very quick and thorough.  Very personable and fun to talk to while he was working.  Thank you Bilco for another great experience!

Dave came out to help us fix a gate to our store. I spoke with him on the phone when he arrived and from the start he was short with me and didn't really even want to hear what problems we were having with the lock. After I insisted on telling him the issues we were having he told me that I would have to call a gate company to fix the second issue. (after working on the gate for a minute he WAS able to fix both issues). We had an employee there at our store working with him directly and she felt like he was unapproachable and unfriendly as well.

I have come here twice now to get a copy of my car key (my husband likes to lose things). And both times it went relatively quickly and everything went smoothly. The people there know what they are doing and are helpful.

I have worked with this company for 30 + years and Dave and his crew have been providing outstanding service for all those years.  They have never let me down.  They are courteous and very knowledgeable.  I have had many different lock needs over the years and they have always been able meet the need.
