I called them last Friday and set up an appointment for Monday morning. They said they would call first thing before coming over. They never called Monday at all, but instead just came by Tuesday when we were gone. They left a note on the door. I called them and told them what happened and they asked for a second chance to make it right. So we set up an appointment for us to be  their very first call this morning ( Thursday) I told them I had to leave for another appointment at 10:40 AM . They said they would be here by 9 AM. I called them at 9:05 and they said they were on their way. I called again at 9:50 and they said they were running a bit late but on their way. and would be here in 15 to 20 minutes.  Again, I told them I had to leave at 10:40. I waited until 10:45 AM before I left and they never got here. VERY poor communication and no willingness  from their dispatcher to apologize or to really make it right as shown by the second total miss of the scheduled appointment and couple disregard for reasonable customer service.

Not competent or reliable. Sorry, but two failures back to back gives me concern.  First fail is that I have a french door that would not retract the upper locking unit all the time.  They "fixed" it and now it will not open at all.   Second fail, is when I called them and they said they would be here to remove a stuck key from a lock and they never showed up, no call nothing. Not competent or reliable.

Lost my only car key. I brought in my door cylinder and they were able to reverse-engineer a key that works for the lock and the ignition within a couple hours or so (even though that cylinder has an extra pin that the door doesn't!) These guys were super helpful and their pricing was quite reasonable. Great communication (gave me a callback). Would go there again.

Our key code died when I got home from work and we didn't have a normal key. They were able to come out and get me back into my house. They had to completely destroy the place where the key goes in because our electric lock was so secure but for a very small charge they were able to replace it and make us 2 keys right on the spot. It was super easy and slick. The only complaint I have is that it took about 40  minutes for the person to come out after I called.

Took a key to Home Depot over the weekend (due to impatience on my part) and what they gave me barely resembled the original. Figured I’d see if it could be saved and Alpine Lock knocked it outta the ballpark! Instead of losing out on the $40 key, it works beautifully! Thanks guys!
