The service was prompt and everyone I spoke with was extremely friendly. Gary showed up, got my lock off within maybe 5 minutes, and was very professional. Any other lock issues I have, I will be calling Bob's! Thanks!

I lost my last set of truck keys! They came out and cut & programmed a new set for less than half the cost of what the dealer wanted. And they didn't make me tow the vehicle to them like the dealer wanted. Also, the price that they told me over the phone, was the price that they charged when completed. I've dealt with some less than reputable lock smiths, and these guys are honest and fair. Glad to have a lock smith that i can trust

I just saved this company into my phone’s contacts, to make sure I don’t forget who they are next time I lock my keys in my car.......again. I’m so impressed with their speed, skill, AND price! Gary didn’t even go through the door frame, (which is what I’ve always experienced, resulting in bending the door frame, subsequently creating constant wind noise thereafter), but used some fancy key picking apparatus, likely mixed with some voodoo magic, and unlocked my overly-security-sensitive Lexus without tripping the alarm.., in less than 2 minutes. So if it isn’t obvious by now, I’m definitely suggesting using these folks!!!

I have used Bob's Lock and Key multiple times now, both for my home and business. My phone calls are always answered promptly and the staff is friendly. Technicians are always on time, in uniform and professional. I have personally used them to move 2 safes, open a locked safe, add commercial grade locks at my business and re-key locks in my home.
