ARCO Lock & Security helped us get new locks for our house. Our warranty only covered up to a certain amount of locks. The person did a great job, and actually did more locks than what he was supposed too. He did not charge us any more money for it either. My wife and I were very impressed with his work. He was quick, efficient, and on time. I would recommend them for everyone.

Our insurance contacted Arco to unlock our car. They were quick to get there and do the job. Unfortunately for us, the key was not inside the car. Ryan said he could make a copy but that he would have to come back to do it, we were going to have him do it but they wanted to charge an additional $45 just to come back and an additional $120 to make the key! Fortunately for us, we were able to find the key and did not need to spend more money!

We were very impressed and appreciative of the service provided by Arco.  They replaced keys for access to the garage in our condo building with a higher security type of key. It got a little complicated and they were very patient and flexible.  Would definitely recommend or use again.  Great service at a reasonable price.

Eric did a wonderful job switching out the locks on my new home! He was also incredibly personable and friendly. He worked efficiently and quikcly, but took his time to make sure things were done right. I am very appreciative of his great customer service and excellent workmanship! Thanks, Eric!
