Called to see if they could make a copy of a key for me. The gentleman I spoke with was short, inconsiderate and rude. Not worth time and money to deal with an individual of this tact.

I don't leave feedback about merchants often but thought my experience may help someone. I visited Rudy's to have a key copy made and the blank I had is stainless steel. When I entered the shop I was greeted in a manner that I felt I was imposing to bring my business there. When I inquired about a copy the person told me that the keys I asked for are stamped instead of cut and that there is no one in town who cuts stainless because it ruins there equipment. He said the only shops that would try to cut a stainless blank are idiots who didn't know their equipment. Given his attitude, I was happy to not do business with him. I went to Glen's Key on State Street. No problem cutting the stainless keys and I was treated like an intelligent person. I will go to Glen's for all my locksmith needs.
