When we work with him to sell our house, he gives a lot of suggestions on how to stage the house for sale. He is very detail oriented and always on top to help line up resources to make renovation completely in time for the market. During the process of open house and negotiation. I am writing in behalf of my parents. I sat down in on the discussion with Jamie and how he would deliver exceptional work throughout selling our home. I have to say I was a bit of a skeptic in what I thought would be a long sale, but he delivered just as he stated. Initially my parents wanted to test the market to see what we would sell the house for, but Jamie assured them that they wouldn't be able to get a great return, so he suggested we renovate the home. Jamie got us in contact with Design Pro Remodeling and with Andrews help we were able to turn our house value as is for a low $300s to a mid $400k ultimately selling for $447 a return of over $100K just for a $20K renovation! To put things in perspective the house was in contract within 3 days and sold 26 days from its listing if thats not impressive, I don't know what is! I would definitely recommend Jamie!

Kathleen is absolutely the BEST! From our first meeting to my day at settlement I always felt and knew she had my best interests at heart. She got my house on the market and SOLD in record time, especially over the holidays and given the fact I was out of the country for 10 of those days. She devoted her last two weekends before Christmas to holding open houses and one of those produced a contract! She has a phenomenal amount of resources outside of traditional listing agent skill sets which she doesn't hesitate to share with her clients. Selling my house with Kathleen was a great experience. When it's time to sell your house, give her a call. You cannot go wrong with Kathleen!

Jamie Petrik did a great job in selling our house. We had moved out of the area prior to selling and Jamie handled all the work needed to get our house ready to market -- hiring contractors, taking pictures, arranging for yard maintenance. The result was a home that received two excellent offers within the first three days on the market. We were able to close the sale less than 30 days after listing at a price that was very good. I highly recommend Jamie to anyone selling a home in Northern Virginia.

Fast forward to 2016 when I wanted to sell my house and relocate out of state. I contacted Debbie Dogrul & Associates to handle the sale given my excellent experience with them when buying my house. Jay provided superlative service from the day we met to plan my house sale until the day of closing. During this time, he provided excellent advice on planning and timing for selling as well as improvements to be made to maximize the price and contractor referrals (for internal and external preparation, home staging & house cleaning) and the all important pricing.
