We really enjoyed working with Bridget of the Keri Shull Team. From the start, she explained the whole home-buying process in detail while setting realistic expectations for us as first time home buyers. When we started visiting homes, Bridget was honest and answered all of questions while helping us understand what aspects to look for, from the approximate age of appliances and how much longer they might last, to ideas on how to improve a house, such as whether a full renovation or a quick coat of paint was needed. She was open to hearing our thoughts after each house, and after seeing a few houses let us take the lead on picking which we wanted to see as that fit our style. Once we found our house, Bridget provided recommendations on mortgage lenders and other service providers, but also stressed the importance of shopping around for the best deal. During the process she even recommended contractors for us to interview for the work we wanted done. Throughout, Bridget was quick to answer all of our questions and let us know if we were missing anything.

Libby is a wonderful, energetic, and hardworking agent who provides absolute dedication to her clients. Libby worked around my schedule throughout the home buying process from start to finish. She went the extra mile to ensure I was provided the best home buying experience. She addressed all my questions/concerns promptly and with sincere honesty. After a short conversation with her, she understood my needs and wants and offered me the best fit real estate options that were available in the current market. She and her team have a vast knowledge of the DC metropolitan area housing market and are well networked to provide off-market real estate options as well. Libby made me feel comfortable throughout the home buying process. She did not make me feel rushed or pressured. She explained everything I was not quite clear on, particularly the countless documents I had to initial and/or sign. Libby is one great real estate agent and is highly recommended!

We worked with Danielle Palleschi-Browne from the Keri Shull Team for both the home-buying and selling process. She could not have been more helpful and pleasant to work with. She went above and beyond to listen to any concerns we had and patiently explain every step of the process to us. On the selling side, Danielle and other members of the team did a fantastic job marketing and showing off our home. Our photos were incredible, and they hosted open houses three weekends in a row and conducted a direct marketing campaign, sending mailers to apartments and homes around Capitol Hill. With their hard work, we had an offer 2 1/2 weeks after listing! When it came to buying our new home, she worked very late one Sunday night to make sure our offer went in first thing Monday morning after an open house, explaining all of our options for contingencies, subsidies, and the like. The offer was accepted, and we could not be happier in our new home! Thank you, Danielle!

Buying your first home as a married couple can be just as stressful as selling your first home as a married couple. To close both within the stretch of 30 days takes a team of super heroes and to say our team was anything less than the perfect superhero squad, is an understatement. My husband and I started our home search back in the summer of 2017 with Elvin, an absolute HUSTLER, hardest working buyer's agent in the DMV. We were on the road looking at houses every weekend with Elvin’s perfectly crafted tours of Arlington/Alexandria. It wasn’t until we flipped the script in January of this year to Montgomery County. Elvin was immediately up to the challenge and hit the ground running with everything on our checklist. He made us feel comfortable to talk openly about how we felt about each home and absorbed it all. At the end of the home buying process we felt like he had become a more than our buyer’s agent but a member of our family. Upon finding our dream home Dennis stepped in and saved the day to make our dreams a reality and helped us through the process of selling our condo in Arlington. We needed someone to take the reins and really drive home this deal to make everything possible. I was in the home buying process for the first time, so it's safe to say I knew about as little as possible about the process. Fortunately, Libby Bish had that covered and easily helped me learn what to look for, focus on, etc. She is extremely knowledgeable and I had an outstanding customer experience. I was looking at condos in Arlington, VA, and her knowledge of the area helped to quickly eliminate certain buildings that she knew didn't fit my criteria or interests as well as helped steer me towards buildings/condos that would be a good fit. I will definitely be using Libby next time I go to purchase another property.
