Here we are in 2018 and continue to be VERY happy that we chose Elizabeth Kline as our agent. She made finding a rental home very easy as we learn more about the area so that we can work with her again to buy a home. For those of you that are not aware of the struggle to find a quality rental home, you do not know the pain of the process and very lucky. Elizabeth took our list of desires and within in no time presented us with a number of homes to consider. It took us only an hour to look at the homes and select the one we liked best. She worked directly with the agent and we moved in shortly thereafter. Had we tried to do the process all by ourselves, we would still be looking for a rental home months later. I recently sold one of my investment property in Waldorf, MD and Elizabeth helped me to sell it. She is very professional, knowledgeable and quick in her responses. After listing the house, we had 4 offers within a week. She guided me through each of the offer and explained me pros/cons of each of them. That helped to filter out the best offer. I expect to have settlement within next 2 weeks without any issues. I first talked to Elizabeth almost 2 years ago to sell the same house, but didn't list that time as I had excellent tenant was there. But she kept me in contacts occasionally and that also helped for me to list with her this time. Overall, it was very pleasant experience to deal with Elizabeth.

I researched several realtors in our area carefully to find a person who would be in synch with our wishes and expectations for selling our home. Elizabeth Ann Kline fulfilled our criteria: Someone who is knowledgeable, accessible, pro-active, friendly and patient. Our experience while working with her from start to finish of the sales process proved that we and she were the right fit. Elizabeth always picked up the phone when we called with a question. She gave solid advice about how to maximize the price for our property. Moreover, she didn’t suddenly become less attentive once the contract was in place, rather communicated with us quickly about any process issues up to the final closing. I highly recommend Elizabeth as a realtor for the northern Virginia market. She is a five star professional as well as a five star person.

Elizabeth has been my favorite person to work with during our home buying experience! She has made everything super simple and easy and has the absolute best attitude. My husband and I dragged her to countless homes and open houses until we finally found our dream home.. almost a year later! She works with her husband, Kevin, who is also a Remax agent which means that whenever we needed to drop everything and go see a new home on the market, someone was able to take us! Kevin also has a background in flipping houses so since we wanted to buy a "starter home" it was helpful to have his insight on what can be changed, or what needs to stay. Elizabeth's best qualities are her patience, experience and congeniality. Mark and I took over a year to buy our house and Elizabeth patiently waited and helped us in our frustrating search. She is such a joy to work with and I wouldn't use anyone else! She helped craft a super competitive offer that was able to bump out five other offers and get us into our perfect home. Elizabeth is an amazing agent and advocate for my family and me during our home search. We had very specific requirements and a restricted schedule to go see the houses that we were interested in buying. Elizabeth was accessible and flexible to these circumstances and led us through the process seamlessly.
