People come, people go!!! When I read some of the recent reviews (last 6-11 months) it is obvious that this location was struggling to hire & retain knowledgeable / dependable employees. It is also obvious that they did not have a reliable alterations department / partner. HOWEVER; I have been a customer for 3 months now, and can tell you that I am extremely pleased with the level of customer service & professionalism that I have encountered every week. Congratulations to the owners and staff for acknowledging that there was a problem and taking the necessary steps to bring beneficial & lasting change. I have tried the competition, and find Deluxe's pricing and delivery times to be more reasonable. For those of you who swore NEVER to return... you may want to re-consider. I think you'll be pleased, as well.

First off the older lady up front needs to retire before she continues to screw up anything a customer asks for. Secondly this place is nothing but a straight up crooked place that will basically steal money from you. Charged me 15$ to do some basicing hemming on a pocket and bottom of a suit coat, then was charged an additional 30$ when i went to pick up the suit. NOTHING was ever fixed, safety pins for marking spots to be fixed still in the coat. Manager wouldn’t do anything except tell me she will contact the owner and call me back.... obviously that never happend. I chalked up the 45$ to them being a garbage company who will literally con you out of your money, i will just make sure this business loses more money then they made off me by simple word of mouth and i used to recommend this place A LOt now i tell everyone to stay far away!!!

They do a lot of business in Cheyenne and overall do a good job. Things always come back nicely pressed and they have a pretty quick turn around. Four stars instead of five because I needed an easy inseam hem on a pair of dress pants and was told it would take three weeks.....thats pretty slow.

Dropped off pants to be tailored a week ago. Had it expedited. Showed up the day after it was supposed to be done (a week later) and it hadn't even been touched. The receptionist didn't seem to know what she was doing and when she called the boss to check on the status of my order, he didnt make time to fix the issue. Walked away with untailored pants that sat at this place for a week. No accommodating for the customer at all. Bad business practices all around. Would never recommend and will never go back.
