Horrible service, took my sons suit jacket to have the sleeves shortened and one sleeve was shorter than the other, rude , rushed and did not seem to want to bothered. We will take the suit jacket and ask for a refund, the jacket was for a wedding in Denver so we had no time and I noticed it the second my son put the jacket on, very unprofessional work.

Terrible service period!! People work there are really rude😡😡😡 I moved to Cheyenne a few years ago and find out this town does not have many dry clean and alteration businesses available or maybe I just didn’t know. I started to go the store on Pershing for a few years now. However, I am really fed up with this place. The alteration lady does a decent job but she she is weird and has strange attitude. Cleaning service isn’t great either, I took my husband suits there, came back with iron marks on his suits and his pants has double crease on the legs. I ended up has to fix it myself. After I had my son I couldn’t go out a few days, I called for pick up service a few times and they never showed up. I called back again and ask when they can come to pick it up, the lady on the phone was rude as hell, she told me “ I don’t know when, I guess you have to drop it off yourself”. I will never use them again and not suggest anyone here anymore. The owner perhaps need to talk to the employee and straighten them up, customers are not their enemies. Not professional at all, terrible!!! I am going to find another place or find a place at FC.

This was my first and last time using Elite. I brought in a few items, one of which was a skirt that needed to be altered. I told the clerk that if the skirt couldn't be altered to let my wife know and not to dry clean it since it wasn't going to be used. They did call my wife and say it couldn't be altered - after they dry cleaned it. They charged us for the dry cleaning of a skirt that will not be worn - even after our protest. Not very good business or customer service. I don't reccommend.
