Patanee's Alterations

Excellent customer service with a smile! I took two dresses in to have them altered and they were done exactly the way I wanted them and sooner than she had estimated. The price I thought was very reasonable and I would definitely go back again and recommend her shop to friends and family.

We have been going to Patanee's for years. Whether it was sewing a patch on my fiance's Air Force uniform, patches on my son's karate uniform or his hoddie, fixing my dress slacks , or , most recently , adding a zipper that the designers forgot to put on my son's Halloween costume, she does excellent work, asks fair prices and is always friendly and professional. If you want to see how popular she is, look at ALL the work in her shop. She is very popular!

I took in 6 shirts and paid $10.00 per shirt to have them shortened. Her price was $12.00 per shirt, but when I went into shock, she lowered it to $10.00. When I picked them up (the first time) every one of them already had the thread coming out. I chose the worst 3 and took them back to have them redone. She said she would redo them for free, I said OK because I needed to have them fixed. When I picked them up the second time, they were redone but they were worse than the first time. She didn't even take out the old thread, just sewed right over it with a different color. Every one of them has the hem coming out already. They can't be worn, they have to be fixed again. She clearly takes no pride in her work and has lost me as a customer. I gave her one star because I had to just to write this review.

We took a prom dress to be altered. $38.00 for two seams. My 7 year old granddaughter could have done a better job. Very unprofessional job. We are forced to cover them up. Don't waste your money.

Patanee has sewn a few patches on my leather vest, she's fast, does a good job, and she's a hoot to talk to.
